Create sub-user accounts linked exclusively to this main workspace. Each sub-user gets a 4-digit SUID, password and function-level permissions.

Only the current main account can manage these accounts.
Access
Select the functions this sub-user is allowed to open and use. These selections are saved with the sub-user and applied to this workspace.
After saving, use Share login to copy the SUID, login email and separate login-page link. WhatsApp and Email sharing buttons are provided. Automatic SMS/WhatsApp delivery requires a messaging provider.
Permissions are workspace-scoped. The main account remains the owner; other customer accounts cannot access these sub-users.
